The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Dec. 12, 2019, with Judge Jeff Walson presiding.

— Ernesto Batiz, first-degree assault, dismissed without prejudice.

— Johnny Barnett, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, sentencing Feb. 6, 2020.

— Keller Willoughby, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended six years concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Feb. 6, 2020.

— Laura Wilburn, second-degree criminal abuse, amended to first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, diverted for three years, sentencing Feb. 6, 2020.

— Michael S. Wilburn, second-dergee criminal abuse, amended to first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, diverted for three years, sentencing Feb. 6, 2020.

— Savannah J. Hall, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment, restitution.

— William Brogli, trafficking in a controlled substance (six counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to seven years concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to seven years concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, pleaded guilty, sentenced to seven years concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Crayvone Richie, first-degree wanton endangerment, sentenced to one year; receiving stolen property – firearm, sentenced to one year consecutive, probated for three years.

— Cory T. Potts, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to two years, probated for three years.

— Travis Lee Roland, receiving stolen property, sentenced to one year; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year consecutive; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Amber Nicole Barker, receiving stolen property, sentenced to one year; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year concurrent; first-degree promoting contraband, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Joseph Clower, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Joshua D. Proffitt, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentence set aside.

— Justin P. Anderson, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation set aside.

— Michael Trent, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentence set aside, to complete long-term in-patient treatment.
