WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, two cardiac cases and one respiratory case.

— At 6:28 p.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington and Venable roads.

— At 10:38 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 650 Boone Ave. concerning a ruptured natural gas line.

— At 11:02 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 695 N. Main St. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Charles Anthony Parker, 29, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

— Christy H. Davis, 43, was charged Wednesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

— Traci Lynn Minniear, 40, was charged Wednesday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug and was served three warrants.

— Mary Lynn Ripy, 25, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and was served a warrant.

— Angela Marie White, 40, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 8:24 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft from a bank account.

— At 12:16 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a trespassing complaint. Charles Anthony Parker was arrested for first-degree criminal trespassing.

— At 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen purse.

— At 4:19 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of medical and debit cards.

— At 2:47 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning an assault.

— At 2:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 119 Elizabeth St. after someone threw rocks at the caller.

— At 4:54 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 5:16 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 9:12 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a person causing problems. Mary Lynn Ripy was arrested on multiple charges.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:33 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ashley Drive.

— At 1:07 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Combs Ferry and Todds roads.

— At 6:17 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Market Street.

— At 6:33 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington and Venable roads.

— At 3:23 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Kiddville Road.
