— At 6:41 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm sounding on Cherokee Court.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— James Scott Berryman, 23, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking (firearm).

— John W. Duquette, 34, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

— Alexander M. Dyer, 24, was charged Wednesday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and theft by unlawful taking (firearm).

— Christopher Lee Leedy, 32, was charged Wednesday with rear license not illuminated, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Justin Lee Overpeck, 19, was charged Wednesday with first-degree wanton endangerment and theft by unlawful taking (firearm).

Reports

— At 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 2:18 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1214 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of energy drinks.

— At 4:54 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Westwood Drive for a fight in progress involving seven people. James Scott Berryman, Alexander M. Dyer and Justin Lee Overpeck were arrested on various charges.
