WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to eight general medical calls, one respiratory case, one overdose and one seizure.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Kevyn Lee Chupp, 25, was charged Monday with improper registration plates, no or expired registration plates, failure of non-owner to maintain insurance and operating on a suspended or revoked license.

— Johnathan Shane Lee Duncan, 23, was charged Monday with operating on a suspended or revoked license and possession of marijuana.

— William Gross, 56, was charged Monday with operating on a suspended or revoked license and first-degree promoting contraband.

— Paul Prater, 37, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

— Tiffany Wagers, 30, was charged Monday with no or expired registration plates and failure of non-owner to maintain insurance.

Reports

— At 5:18 a.m. Monday, officers took a report of a safe stolen from a home of Georgia Street.

— At 12:13 p.m. Monday, officers responded to Lindsey Court concerning a basketball goal that fell on top of a vehicle.

— At 1:20 p.m. Monday, officers responded to Shoppers Drive concerning fraudulent charges on a bank card.

— At 1:44 p.m. Monday, officers responded to Jackson Street concerning a Japanese antique that was stolen from a home.

— At 2:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to West Washington Street concerning two cold checks.

— At 3:25 p.m. Monday, officers responded to Connie Lane concerning someone illegally dumping trash on the property.

— At 6:02 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 225 Oxford Drive concerning someone knocking on the door repetitively and attempting to enter the home through a window.

— At 6:22 p.m. Monday, officers respond to 4 W. Washington St. concerning someone stealing merchandise.

— At 7:50 p.m. Monday, officers responded to Linden Avenue concerning someone throwing walnuts at the caller’s backdoor throughout the night.

— At 8:38 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 851 Bypass Road concerning a woman who was possibly intoxicated. The caller said she urinated on herself and was falling into the store shelves.

— At 10:56 p.m. Monday, officers responded to Interstate Drive concerning an assault.

 

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

— At 10:30 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to Old Ruckerville Road concerning unfinished work on a barn repair project that had already been paid for.

— At 11:54 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to Mimosa Drive concerning approximately $1,500 worth of items stolen from a vehicle.
