Dallas A. Abney, 82, husband of Donna Ashcraft Abney, passed away Friday, October 18, 2019.

He was born November 24, 1936 to the late Clayton and Ethel Walters Abney in Winchester, Ky. Dallas was a US Navy veteran and retired from Bluegrass Army Depot and Southern States.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters Susan Newby and Pam Sexton; and his sister Delores Tapp and brother Larry (Sylvia) Abney.

He is preceded in death by a daughter Debra Sue Abney Embrey.

Services are on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 1:00 pm. at Providence Pentecostal Church, 7076 Old Boonesboro Rd., Winchester, with Bro. Joseph McClease officiating. Burial in Boonesboro Cemetery.
