CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Lindsay Clarke, 36, of 9 Lakeview Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense), no seat belt, speeding and careless driving.
— Raymond Collins, 30, of Georgetown, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, no seat belt, reckless driving, no registration plate and disregarding a stop sign.
— Emiliano Rodriguez-Rosas, 31, of 544 Kiwi Drive, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, reckless driving, no seat belt, no insurance and speeding.
Reports
— At 1:12 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 4821 Colby Road after someone broke into a residence and caused damage.
— At 12:28 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 145 Patrick Lane after someone broke into a residence and stole a pickup truck.
— At 3:11 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 105 Wills Rupard Road after someone broke into a residence and took several items.
Accidents
— At 7:22 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Becknerville Road in which a vehicle driven by Bobby J. Gipson of 249 Mutual Ave. went off the road, struck an embankment and a fence before overturning multiple times. The vehicle then came to rest against a utility pole. Gipson and his passenger, Kristin Piersall of 151 Skyline Drive, were pronounced dead at the scene. Neither was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 41 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, nine respiratory cases and two diabetic cases.
— At 7:56 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Boone Avenue.
— At 2:22 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian at Main and Washington streets.
— At 7:22 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near 2668 Becknerville Road.
— At 3:08 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 675 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.
— At 7:51 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 90 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 9:30 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Main and Washington streets.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Bannely Alvarez Valencia, 23, was charged Saturday with careless driving, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving a motor vehicle with an expired operator’s license.
— Francisco L. Bucio, 59, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and improper display of registration plate.
— Carlos Cruz Dominguez, 26, was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary and first-degree indecent exposure.
— Ira Brock Daugherty, 35, was charged Saturday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.
— Roy Eugene Dickerson, 45, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.
— Dusty Amber Gilbert, 40, was charged Friday with first-degree wanton endangerment.
— Robert L. Rosecrans, 71, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
— William Jermele Stewart, 39, was charged Saturday with non-support.
Reports
— At 12:01 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 127 College St. for a person causing a problem. Dusty Gilbert was arrested for first-degree wanton endangerment.
— At 12:02 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave., concerning a theft.
— At 4:10 p.m. Friday, officers took a report for a harassing communications complaint.
— At 4:35 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 520 Kiwi Drive after someone broke into a shed and took several items.
