— Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road,  99 percent.

— DJ’s, 836 Bypass Road,  99 percent.

— Engine House Deli, 9 W. Lexington Ave., 82 percent. Personal drink without lid and straw in food prep area. Person in charge cannot demonstrate knowledge. RTE sauces out of temp.

— El Camino Real, 20 Carol Road, 80 percent. Person in charge cannot demonstrate knowledge. Salsa out of temp. No date marking on RTE salsa and salads. Gloves not being changed between tasks.
