— Mary Jade Shackelford, first-degree wanton endangerment, sentenced to one year, diverted for three years.
— Shandi R. Mcintosh, receiving stolen property, sentenced to two years and one day, probated for two years.
— Andrew Phillips, probation violation, probation reinstated with admission to treatment facility.
— Phillip D. Sands, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long-term treatment; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; prescription controlled substance not in proper container, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; operating on a suspended operator’s license, dismissed; contempt of court, dismissed.
— Rodney Butler, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, sentencing Oct. 10; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Michael J. Fields, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years, diverted for two years with drug court; violation of conditions of release, dismissed.
— Justin A. Johnson, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year; possession of marijuana, sentenced to 60 days concurrent; first-degree promoting contraband, sentenced to one year concurrent; first-degree wanton endangerment, sentenced to one year concurrent; contempt of court, dismissed.
