WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one respiratory case.

— At 7:30 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted Powell County firefighters with a mudslide and rescue.

— At 9:33 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 110 Linden Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 12:27 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Lexington Avenue and Main Street. It was a false alarm.

— At 2:23 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 30 Beckner St. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Aaron C. Barnett, 22, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to illuminate headlamps

— Alan Barnett, 22, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Michael Mario Buckner, 26, was charged Monday with violation of an EPO/DVO and fugitive from another state.

— Armonty Damarco English, 21, was charged Monday with trafficking in marijuana and public intoxication.

Reports

— At 12:11 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. after someone broke into a vacant apartment.

— At 6:34 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 925 Rolling Hills Lane concerning a stolen truck and metal.

— At 10:24 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 5 Hiawatha Trail after someone broke into a garage and took fishing rods and tackle.

— At 11 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft and abuse.

— At 3:53 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning an attempted assault.

— At 4:18 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 371 E. Washington St. concerning an assault.

— At 7:04 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Beacon of Hope, 842 Bypass Road, for an domestic violence order violation. Michael Mario Buckner was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 7:55 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a cell phone from the caller’s apartment.

Accidents

— At 3:25 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which a vehicle driven by Linda A. Crowe of 103 Royal Oak Drive turned left from Redwing Drive onto Bypass Road and collided with another vehicle, driven by Marvin L. Powell of 400 Conkwright Road. A passenger in Powell’s vehicle, Shari L. Powell, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
