WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— At 1:15 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian at Maple and Broadway streets.
— At 7:09 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.
— At 8:50 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a fire at the Sphar building, 127 N. Main St. The fire was extinguished and two people were detained by the police.
— At 8:47 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding ta Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St. It was a false alarm.
— At 11:02 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Fulton Road and Westwood Drive.
— At 12:33 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 40 Jean Court. It was a false alarm.
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to nine general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one respiratory case.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Sheila N. Conrad, 31, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass
— Jason Alan Crosswhite, 39, was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts) and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
— Amber Nichole Osborne, 36, was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts).
— Phillip E. Rogers, 43, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
— William David Tharpe, 39, was charged Sunday as a fugitive from another state.
— Morgan Ann Walden, 27, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
Reports
— At 10:36 a.m. Friday, officers tool a report concerning a missing purse.
— At 11:50 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 34 S. Burns Ave. concerning a person causing problems. Philip E. Rogers was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 4:45 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Cherry Street and Holly Avenue for a property damage complaint.
— At 12:36 p.m. Saturday, offices were called to 102 W. Lexington Ave. concerning recovered property.
— At 6:48 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a person causing problems and an emergency protection order.
— At 8:55 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to the Sphar building, 127 N. Main St. concerning a possible fire. Jason Crosswhite and Amber Osborne were arrested on multiple charges.
– At 3:13 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft.
— At 12:57 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive after someone threw a rock through the caller’s window.
— At 3:45 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 49 Evans St. for a domestic disturbance.
— At 12:39 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 2:14 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a possible identity theft.
Accidents
— At 1:14 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident at the corner of Maple and Broadway streets in which a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. The driver, Tammy Espinoza of 220 E. Washington St., she turned left onto Maple Street and did not see three pedestrians in the crosswalk. One of them, Emily Sergent of 31 Virginia Ave., was struck by the car’s mirror and knocked to the ground. Sergent was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:52 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 3298 Irvine Road.
— At 9:32 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 5250 Revilo Road.
— At 4:17 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on McClure Road.
— At 6:48 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3180 Mount Sterling Road.
— at 7:09 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.
— At 8:57 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Log Lick Road.
— At 9:07 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a structure fire at 127 N. Main St.
— At 4:12 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 402 Marquis Court.
