WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 37 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, two diabetic cases, one stroke and one seizure.
— At 1:17 a.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Mount Sterling and Dykes roads.
— At 2:22 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 951 Bypass Road.
— At 2:24 p.m. Sunday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 64 near the 101 mile marker between a motorcycle and a deer.
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 19 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases and one stroke.
— At 12:31 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 960 Interstate Drive. It was a false alarm.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 6:17 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ferry Road.
— At 12:34 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Mount Sterling Road.
— At 7:04 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3849 Becknerville Road.
— At 8:15 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle, 200 Glenway Road.
— At 7:13 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lynnway Drive.

Charged
— Dwight Cortez Cook, 31, was charged Sunday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— Larry R. Howard, 61, was charged Sunday with second-degree cruelty to animals.
— Jacob Troy Richards, 21, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Latosha Kaye Sexton, 30, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and failure to appear.
— Stephanie A. Spurlock, 34, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served four warrants.
— Ethan M. Vermillion, 22, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Chaise W. Elliott, 18, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

— At 1:37 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Stephanie A. Spurlock was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 6:29 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 227 W. Hickman St. concerning a duffle bag left in a yard.
— At 4:13 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 101 W. Hickman St. concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 2:04 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 152 Shoppers Village Plaza for a counterfeiting complaint.
— At noon Sunday, officers were called to 143 Stevenson Heights concerning a stolen motorcycle.
— At 12:20 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning an EPO violation.
— At 7:55 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Latosha Kaye Sexton was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 8:34 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 26 Rowland Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 10:06 a.m Monday, officers were called to 213 Buffalo Trace for a breaking and entering complaint.
— At 11:49 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning an incident on May 28.
— At 1:20 p.m. Monday, officers took a report for a vandalism complaint.
— At 2:49 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 121 E. Lexington Ave. for a breaking and entering complaint.
— At 3:33 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Lexington Avenue and Stamper drive concerning a handgun.
— At 3:57 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning an assault.
— At 5:32 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen phone.
— At 10:15 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a domestic disturbance.
Accidents
— At 2:34 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which a vehicle driven by Ada Adams of 1269 Fulton Road was turning left onto Stamper Drive and turned in front of an oncoming motorcycle, operated by Kim Smith of Stanton. Upon impact, Smith was ejected from the motorcycle and landed on the road. He was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with wrist and head injuries.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Joshua C. McBride, 31, of 103 Southern Court, was charged Thursday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— Jacob Conner, 22, of Locust Grove Road, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence (second offense) and resisting arrest.
Reports
— At 2:59 p.m. May 27, deputies were called to 208 Yorktown Drive after a bullet went through a residence. Deputies traced the shot to the residence next door, where the resident was cleaning his handgun and it accidentally discharged. No injuries were reported.
— At 1:19 p.m. May 23, deputies were called to Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road, concerning a theft.
— At 9:27 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 410 Old Muddy Creek Road concerning known person firing multiple gunshots at another person.
Accidents
— At 2:23 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident near the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64 in which Lowell D. Roark of 5160 Colby Road was riding his motorcycle when a deer entered his path. The two collided and the motorcycle went over an embankment. Roark was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
— At 12:34 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road in which a vehicle driven by Lantz R. Coons of Stamping Ground was traveling west. Coons said he may have dozed off but realized he was on the wrong side of the road and struck an oncoming vehicle, driven by Gary A. Moore of Frenchburg. Both drivers and Moore’s passenger Phillip L. Reed of Frenchburg, were transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
