CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Interstate 64 concerning a broken-down vehicle which was stolen from the 101 mile marker.

— At 7:07 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 2783 Kiddville Road concerning a theft of a laptop computer and multiple DVDs.

— At 7:46 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Providence Pentecostal Church, 7076 Old Boonesboro Road, after a trailer behind the church was damaged.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one seizure, one stroke and one overdose.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Brandi Nicole Parker, 34, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary.

— Melissa Ratcliff, 40, was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from another state.

— Michael Jason Rife, 38, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary.

— Zackary David Whalen, 23, was charged Wednesday with first-degree fleeing or evading police, reckless driving, failure to maintain insurance and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 2:13 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 900 W. Lexington Ave. for an alarm sounding.

— At 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a possible fraud case.

— At 2:56 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a missing firearm.

— At 7:01 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 785 Colby Road after witnesses saw two people break into a building after breaking a window. Brandi Nicole Parker and Michael Jason Rife were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 10:10 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Main Street and Winn Avenue for a pursuit. Zackary Whalen was arrested on multiple charges.
