WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— Over the holiday weekend, emergency personnel responded to 45 general medical calls, eight cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, two strokes, one seize and two overdoses.

— At 9:19 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 1465 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 11:02 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 250 N. Main St.

— At 12:39 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 101 New St.

— At 12:57 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an accident at Lexington Avenue and Carol Road.

— At 2:14 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a mulch fire at Winchester Plaza.

— At 4:20 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an accident at Lexington Avenue and Bloomfield Road.

— At 9:35 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an accident at the area of 4775 Lexington Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Timothy Ray Abney, 51, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid, no operator’s license and third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Antonio Alejandro, 43, was charged Sunday with no or expired registration plates and no operator’s-moped license.

— Richard Paul Bryant, 41, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Wanda Carpenter, 69, was charged Sunday with failure of owner to maintain required insurance and careless driving.

— Joshua Shaun Charles, 31, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Walter Chinault, 28, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Dwayne Cooper, 52, was charged Sunday with operating on a suspended or revoked license.

— Bobby Dale Ford, 34, was charged Monday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

— Sally Fugate, 22, was charged Friday with failure of non-owner to operator to maintain insurance and no operator’s license (attocycle).

— Erin Jerome Hatton, 44, was charged Friday with buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

— Roy Hensley, 70, was charged Saturday with no or expired registration plates and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

— Alex Herald, 31, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.

— Angela Leigh Hughes, 46, was charged Monday with second-degree disorderly conduct.

— Gulvinder Singh, 26, was charged Friday with operating on a suspended or revoked license and no brake lights.

— Jason Allen Smart, 45, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication in a public place and third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Lacretia A. Sniffen, 46, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Benita Sue Tolsen, 51, was charged Saturday with no or expired registration plates, failure of non-owner operator to maintain insurance and failure to register transfer of vehicle.

— Jon M. Totty, 41, was charged Saturday with disregarding a stop sign.

— Shane Ware, 35, was charged Sunday with no or expired registration plates and failure of non-owner operator to maintain insurance.

— Amber Whalen, 29, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal trespassing and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

— Daniel Wilson, 30, was charged Saturday with improper equipment and operating on a suspended or revoked license.

— At 10:16 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 1:22 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 1661 Bypass Road concerning a small dog locked in a car.

— At 1:36 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 225 Oxford Drive concerning someone digging in the dumpster, tossing trash on the ground and refusing to stop.

— At 3:59 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 4 W. Washington St. concerning someone writing bad checks.

— At 3:04 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 1661 Bypass Road about a customer who was banned from the property and returned.

— At 5:59 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning someone trespassing in an apartment.

— At 7:21 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning someone trespassing on the property.

— At 7:23 p.m. Friday, officers took a report of a wallet found at the coiner of Holly Avenue and Main Street.

— At 8:10 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 62 Melbourne St. concerning an assault.

— At 1:18 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 404 Corinne Court concerning an assault.

— At 4:24 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 306 W. Washington St. concerning public intoxication.

— At 5:03 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 24 Cook Ave. concerning possible drug activity. According to the caller, a woman was sitting on the curb “smoking a crack pipe.” Police discovered it was a tobacco pipe.

— At 7:53 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the area of Oxford Drive and Surrey Court concerning public intoxication.

— At 10:02 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 301 W. Lexington Ave. concerning loud music.

— At 10:15 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the area of Cook and Mutual avenues concerning public intoxication. The caller said someone was knocking on her back door, “yelling profanities and higher than a Georgia Pine.”

— At 10:50 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 261 Winn Ave. concerning someone trapped inside a fenced-in storage unit area.

— At 2:55 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to 2 S. Burns Ave. concerning someone taking a safe out of the home. The safe allegedly contained more than $2,500 and prescription medication.

— At 10:15 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 110 April Way concerning someone using the caller’s bank card at Taco Bell without permission.

— At 12:40 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 30 Kentucky St. concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 8:28 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to 108 Blueberry Lane concerning an assault. Tommy Barker, 34, was charged for fourth-degree assault, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

— At 8:30 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to 229 Hibiscus Lane concerning someone using the caller’s information to book a hotel room in Illinois.

— At 7:18 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning a 13-year-old who was bitten by a dog.
