— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls and one cardiac case.

— At 6:40 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a mulch and bush fire at Wendy’s, 105 Hospital Drive.

Charged

— Richard Paul Bryant, 41, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass and public intoxication.

— Brandi J. Chambers, 39, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

— Nickoel Jamie Manley, 46, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass and public intoxication.

— Karen Hawkins Owens, 61, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception.

— April Reeves, 49, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 1:22 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning suspected drug activity. Richard Paul Bryant, Brandi J. Chambers and Nickoel Jamie Manley were all arrested.

— At 9:07 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 850 Bypass Road concerning a stolen wallet and phone.

— At 1:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1000 Early Drive after two vehicles were damaged.

— At 3:35 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 9 S. Bloomfield Road concerning an employee theft of a wallet.

— At 10:02 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a set of golf clubs found in Massie Park.
