The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court March 21, 2019, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Megan Arreguin, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, sentencing May 2.

— William Coyle, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, probated for four years with drug court, sentencing May 2.

— Billy Joe Ross, second-degree arson, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years.

— Leah N. McQuinley, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), sentenced to one year each consecutive, diverted for three years.

— Joseph J. Colellan, failure to comply with sex offender registration, sentenced to three years.

— Ryan W. Mayer, tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year; prohibited use of electronic communications system to procure a minor for sex, sentenced to five years concurrent; possession or view matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, sentenced to one year consecutive.

— James C. Flora, first-degree criminal mischief, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with restitution.

— Brian Guy, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, concurrent with previous case, sentencing May 16.

— Mudanar Turley, first-degree robbery, amended to second-degree robbery, pleaded guilty, recommended six years, sentencing May 2.

— James Cornelius, first-degree robbery, amended to second-degree robbery, pleaded guilty, recommended six years, sentencing May 2.

— Terehya C. Lewis, trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession of heroin, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession of fentanyl, pleaded guilty, recommended three years consecutive; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, recommended three years concurrent; violation of conditions of release, dismissed; sentencing May 2.

— Terehya Lewis, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; sentencing May 2.

— David Stephens, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for two years, with long-term treatment.

— James Banks, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated for two years with restitution, sentencing May 2.
