— AARP income tax preparation assistance, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Central Baptist Church annex, 101 W. Lexington Ave. Service is free for all taxpayers through the AARP Tax-Aide Foundation. Taxpayers should bring their previous year’s return and all documentation for 2018 income, proof of taxes paid and contributions required for those who itemize. Program is Mondays and Tuesdays through April 15.

— Celebrate Recovery meeting, 7 p.m. at Calvary Christian Church, 15 Redwing Drive. CR is a Christ-centered recovery program based on the eight Beatitudes, the 12 Steps and their Biblical comparison. There are also programs fro children kindergarten to 12 years and also for teens age 13 to 19. Childcare is provided for children up to 4 years old. Meeting are held each Tuesday. — Free hunter education class sponsored by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife, 6 to 9 p.m. at the Clark County Extension Office, 1400 Fortune Drive. Second portion of class will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 30 at the same location. Participants must attend both sessions to complete course. Pre-register online at the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife website under hunter education.
