CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— David Stephens, 43, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, giving an officer false information and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 1:59 a.m. Wednesday deputies were called to Shell Mart, 570 Van Meter Road, concerning a suspicious person. David Stephens was arrested on multiple charges.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to eight general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one stroke and one overdose.

— At 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3400 Corporate Drive. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:07 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector sounding at 5227 Lexington Road.

—At 1:46 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 107 Shalamar Rue for a possible fire.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Reports

— At 1:32 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft and possible scam.
