WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 39 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case, one stroke, two seizures and one overdose.

— At 5:22 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to an injury accident at Rockwell and Clintonville roads.

— At 6:36 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Fortune Drive and Paris Road.

— At 9;30 a.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 6 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 2:14 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire in the parking lot of Hardee’s, 1466 W. Lexington Road.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 5:27 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Rockwell and Clintonville roads.

— At 10:48 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 116 Hud Road.

— At 12:27 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 220 Athens Boonesboro Road.

— At 9:31 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 1 mile marker of the Mountain Parkway.

— At 3:59 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 418 Verna Drive.

— At 6:56 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2540 Muddy Creek Road.

— At 6:23 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 7900 Old Boonesboro Road.

— At 3:47 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a chimney fire at 526 Kimberly Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Michael Ray Anderson, 27, was charged Sunday with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and was served a warrant.

— Johnny Wayne Barnett, 43, was charged Sunday with first-degree unlawful imprisonment.

— Heather Gabriella Brannon, 30, was charged Sunday as a fugitive from another state.

— Emery Duane Bullock, 46, was charged  Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— Jerry Dean Carter, 78, was charged Saturday as a fugitive from another state.

Reports

— At 10:56 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a recovered identification card.

— At 11:05 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 302 Gallahadion Court concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 1:29 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 211 W. Hickman St. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 2:07 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 878 Bypass Road after a firearm was left in a rental vehicle.

— At 3:52 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1 Walle Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 7:06 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 370 Colby Ridge Blvd. concerning an assault. Emery Bullock was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 12:24 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., for an assault and unlawful imprisonment complaint. Johnny Wayne Barnett was arrested and charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment.

— At 1:49 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a domestic disturbance the previous night.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Matthew Williams, 24, of 1995 Gay Evans Road, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Kimberly Smith, 36, of 691 Woodland Lane, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, no proof of insurance, failure to wear seat belt and failure to notify state of address change.

— James P. Rowlett, 31, of 315 Jackson St., was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal mischief and alcohol intoxication.

Reports

— At 4:30 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 4106 Iron Works Road concerning a scam.

— At 3:04 p.m. Friday, deputies took a report concerning a theft of wheels and tires from a truck.

— At 8:02 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to Shell Mart, 570 Van Meter Road, concerning a stolen truck and wood chipper. The truck was reported stolen from Madison County.

— At 12:08 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 260 Little Stoner Road concerning a missing chain saw which was pawned.

— At 5:25 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 3692 Old Ruckerville Road concerning property belonging to a deceased person.

Accidents

— At 9:29 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway in which William Caudill of Nicholasville lost control of his vehicle, which struck an embankment and overturned. A passenger, Elizabeth Caudill of Nicholasville, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 5:21 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Rockwell Road in which a vehicle driven by Kristi Reynolds of Eaton, Ohio, drove through the intersection with Clintonville Road. As it did, it struck another vehicle, driven by Noah T. Farmer of Clay City, which was traveling on Clintonville Road. Upon impact, Farmer’s vehicle struck a guardrail and overturned. Reynolds and her passenger, Christopher Smith of Eaton, Ohio, were both transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with unspecified injuries. Farmer was ejected from his vehicle. Deputies do not believe he was wearing a seat belt, as it was fastened inside the vehicle.
