WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Friday through Monday, EMS personnel responded to 50 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, seven respiratory cases and one seizure.
— At 7:56 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 222 W. Lexington Ave. It was a false alarm.
— At 10:38 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 12 Moundale Ave. It was a false alarm.
— At 2:42 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Paris Road and Plantations Drive.
— At 7:24 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 98 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 8:07 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 137 College St. It was a false alarm.
— At 2:32 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a dumpster fire at 701 W. Lexington Ave. It was out when firefighters arrived.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Timothy Stidham, 38, of 108 Mutual Ave., was charged Friday with disregarding a traffic control device and driving under the influence (second offense).
— Adam Mitchell, 35, of 40 Wainsott Ave., was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance.
— Robert Fraichard, 50, of 1455 Irvine Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree cruelty to animals.
— Cynthia Konsella, 53, of 1455 Irvine Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree cruelty to animals.
— Jeremy Pierson, 29, of Beattyville, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, speeding, reckless driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Nicholas R. Ritchie, 49, of 2207 Van Meter Road, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary.
Reports
— At 1:13 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 140 Blueberry Lane for a property damage complaint.
— At 4:32 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 1113 Pioneer Drive after Adam Mitchell was arrested. Suspected drugs were found on his person.
— At 9:56 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 1849 Flanagan Station Road concerning a theft of hand tools.
— At 6:33 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 2341 Gay Evans Road concerning a disturbing message on Facebook.
— At 2:18 p.m. Saturday deputies were called to 1455 Irvine Road for an animal abuse call.
Accidents
— At 7:20 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway after a vehicle driven by Samantha Miller of Clay City lost control on an icy bridge and struck the guardrail. She was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— Kedris Boyd, 33, was charged Saturday as a fugitive from nother state.
— Brent M. Craft, 52, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespassing.
— Josiah Lee Moses, 19, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

— At 8:34 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 18 1/2 Virginia Ave. concerning the theft of a firearm from a vehicle.
— At 12:04 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a stolen debit card.
— At 6:16 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 300 S. Main St. after someone broke into an outbuilding and took tools.
— At 6:40 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 110 April Way for a counterfeit $20 bill.
— At 7:23 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a purse from a vehicle on East Hickman Street.
— At 10:55 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 200 Rose Mary Drive concerning an identity theft.
— At 4:14 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 2 1/2 S. Burns Ave. after someone broke into a residence. Kedris Boyd was arrested on a fugitive warrant from Indiana.
— At 7:10 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1000 Early Drive after wheels were stolen from a vehicle.
— At 1:22 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1501 Bypass Road after a purse was stolen from a vehicle.
— At 5:48 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 126 Buckingham Lane after a person set fire to his wallet on the caller’s front porch.
— At 6 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.
— At 7:03 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 110 April Way concerning a person making threats.
— At 12:14 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive after someone brokt into two apartments. Brent M. Craft and Josiah Lee Moses were arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
— At 5:36 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of tools.
— At 5:49 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 555 Country Club Court after someone broke into a residence and took items.
— At 8:03 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 13 Third St. concerning a juvenile making threats to harm another juvenile.
Accidents
— At 2:42 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on Paris Road in which a box truck, driven by Theodore Vaughn, was traveling north. Witnesses said the truck began to drift into the southbound lane. It struck a southbound pickup truck, driven by Houston McFarland of Paris, before striking the guardrail and came to rest on the concrete bridge support. Vaughn was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center. McFarland and a passenger, Nicole McCord, had minor injuries.

— At 9:07 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an investigation on Quisenberry Lane.
— At 6:57 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hickory Lane.
— At 7:25 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 97 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 12:21 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road.
— At 12:30 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Cherokee Drive.
