Brush, distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (two counts), amended to second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; promoting a sexual performance by a minor, amended to second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, pleaded guilty, recommended three years concurrent; sentencing March 14.
— Wayne Douglas Hasty, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing March 14.
— Sheila Diane Akers, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing March 14.
