The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark District Court Jan. 30, 2019, with Judge Cole Adams Maier presiding.

— James Green, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 175 days conditionally discharged.

— Jonathan Johnson, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 135 days conditionally discharged.

— James Miller, second-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, 82 days; tampering with physical evidence, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Donna B. Throckmorton, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, 30 days; first-degree promoting contraband, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 30 days concurrent.

— Holly Walsh, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 172 days conditionally discharged, restitution; contempt of court, dismissed.

— Holly K. Walsh, theft by unlawful taking, stipulated to probable cause, restitution, dismissed; second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, stipulated to probable cause, restitution, dismissed.

— Jeremy Hurt, leaving the scene of an accident, referred to specialty court; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension.

— Matthew B. Williams, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; driving on a suspended operator’s license, amended to no operator’s license in possession, pleaded guilty, fined; possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, dismissed; reckless driving, dismissed.
