Charged

— Rose Crim, 21, of 364 Market St., was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property, driving under the influence, no operator’s license, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Sean Ashton Hall, 21, of Wallingford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and reckless driving.

— John T. Hamilton, 35, of 531 Constitution Drive, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— Jennifer R. Hamilton, 37, of 531 Constitution Drive, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— At 3:40 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 5100 Revilo Road concerning a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was located at a Marathon station. The driver, Rose Crim, was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 11:56 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 415 L&E Junction Road reported a theft of appliances and damage to a residence.

— At 5:55 p.m Thursday, deputies took a report concerning a theft of unemployment checks.

— At 3:25 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 4049 Basin Spring Road concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 7:13 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 424 Lasalle Drive for a terroristic threatening and vandalism complaint.

— At 7:35 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 801 Ash Drive after a handgun was recovered. The gun had been reported stolen in Mississippi in 1994.

— At 12:30 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 7727 Wades Mill Road after someone used the caller’s credit card information to make purchases in another county.

— Patricia N. Gayheart, 47, was charged Friday with theft by deception over $10,000.

— Nicholas Ray Ritchie, 49, was charged Friday with second-degree criminal trespass and theft of property.

— David J. Smallwood, 30, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.
