— Bobby Ray Cundiff, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentencing Feb. 7; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Ronald G. Wood, first-degree robbery, amended to second-degree robbery, pleaded guilty, sentencing Feb. 21.
— Bobby L. Noble, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.
— Bobby Noble, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, consecutive to previous case.
— William Michael Varner, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), amended to first-degree possession, pleaded guilty; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentencing Feb. 7; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— William Michael Varner, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty; sentencing Feb. 7.
— David Archer, first-degree sexual abuse, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years probation.
— Corey Nance, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (six counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to eight years concurrent.
— Jerome Horton, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty sentenced to four years.
— Albert Christy, reckless homicide, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years.
— Patsy Christy, reckless homicide, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years.
— Robert Harley, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years.
— Jeffery Thornberry, possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days, diverted for three years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years.
— Jennifer P. Adkins, theft by unlawful taking (four counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent, probated for three years, serve seven consecutive days in jail.
— Caryn Leugh McCay, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to three years.
— Harry D. Clem Sr., first-degree rape, amended to first -degree sexual abuse, Alford plea entered; first-degree sodomy, amended to first-degree sexual abuse, Alford plea entered; incest (two counts), dismissed; first-degree sexual abuse, Alford plea entered; sentencing March 14.
