Students in Shearer Musical Theatre learned various techniques from combat choreographer Sloan Theaker this week as they prepare for their upcoming production, Disney’s “The Lion King Kids.”
This production will be Shearer’s sixth annualBroadway-style musical and includes more than 50 students from kindergarten through fourth grade.
“The Lion King Kids” will premiere at 7 p.m. March 1 at the Leeds Center for the Arts.
