Reports
— At 10:46 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Storage Rentals of America, West Therese Drive, after someone broke into a storage unit and took several items including a cabinet with jewelry and DVDs.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to five general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases and one diabetic case.

Charged
— Carl K. Combs, 30, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.
— Brian Wesley French, 55, was charged Tuesday with leaving the scene of an accident, first-degree wanton endangerment, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, failure to maintain insurance and driving under the influence.
— Amanda Marie Henson, 36, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Jason Allen Smart, 44, was charged Tuesday with possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
Reports
— At 5:31 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft. Amanda Marie Henson was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
