— Jackie M. Hisle Jr., second-degree manslaughter (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended 10 years total, sentencing Dec. 1.

— Douglas Arther Carpenter, third-degree rape, amended to second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, pleaded guilty, recommended two years, sentencing Jan. 19, 2017.

— Gary Wayne Combs II, probation violation, dismissed, probation reinstated.

— Lester Smith, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to two years and one day.
