Dolores Jean Kimble Miller, 80, widow of George Joseph Miller Jr. went to be with the lord Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Baptist Health in Lexington.
She was born on October 15, 1937 in Smithfield, Ohio to the late Walter W. and Virginia Ruth Martin Kimble. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by two daughters, Susan M(Greg) Osborne and Kathryn (George) Willis; four sons, George Joseph (Shelda)Miller III, Walter W. Miller, James T. (Late Sheila) Miller and Charles M. (Lora) Miller. Sr. Eleven grandchildren, Ashley N. (Taylor) MacPhee, Megan Y. (Daniel) Cooper, Whitney Brooke Miller, Michael Douglas Osborne, George Joseph (Caitlyn) Miller IV, Rebecca D(Cody) Hopper, Ryan K. Miller, Amelia Marie (Steven) Moore, Charles M. Miller Jr, James Robert Thomas Miller and Sydney Nicole Shelton Miller. Five great grandchildren, Elizabeth Page, Khloe Grace, Luke Allen, Lincoln Michael Moore and Wade Joseph; One brother, Keith Robert Kimble. Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and daughter in law, she was preceded in death by two brothers; Richard and Kenneth Kimble.
Services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the Calvary Christian Church by Robert Carter and Mike McCormick with burial to follow in the Clarmont Memorial Gardens.
Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are members of the Winchester Police Department and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office along with Greg Osborne, George Willis and Barbara Mattox.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, August 31, 2018.
