CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Christina McBride, 33, of 103 Southern Court, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
Reports
— At 7:04 p.m. June 28, deputies were called to 5336 Pine Ridge Road concerning a stolen necklace.
— On Monday, deputies were called to 567 Browning Lane after someone stolen an all-terrain vehicle and a mountain bicycle.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, one cardiac case and one overdose.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 5:04 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Water Works Road.

Charged
— Victoria Marie Buckland, 47, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.
— Brandi J. Chambers, 38, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Lewis Douglas Hisle, 33, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault and was served a warrant.
— Jerry Wayne Johnson, 57, was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.
Reports
— At 1:21 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Maple and Magnolia streets for a domestic disturbance. Lewis Douglas Hisle was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.
— At 1:57 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 501 Westwood Drive concerning an assault.
— At 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 210 Fulton Road after two firearms were taken from a vehicle.
— At 3:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft.
— At 8:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Speedway, 1480 W. Lexington Ave., concerning a suspected shoplifter in custody. Jerry Wayne Johnson was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.
— At 8:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 106 Ginger Court after a known person is destroying property.
