Seth Wayne Smith, 54, passed away June 30, 2018, in Atlanta.

He was born Oct. 29, 1963, in Winchester to the late Rev. and Mrs. Winfred (Margarine) Smith. 

Survivors include a son, Winfred LaRon Smith, and his mother, Regina Bell; sisters, Gwendolyn (Edward) Thomas, Rev Dr. Dorothy (Roland) Hubbard, Wenefer (Anthony) White, Jessie (Art) Powell and host family and friends. 

Other than his parents, he was preceeded in death by a sister, Michelle Turley.
