Nina Mosier Tyler

Nina Mosier Tyler, widow of Elmer Tyler, mother of Brian Elmer Tyler and Nana to Alexander, Jack and Samuel Tyler, was called home to her heavenly father on June 9, 2018.

Born May 4, 1933 in Paint Lick, Kentucky to Jennings and Katie Clark Mosier.

She is survived by two sisters, June Mosier Curtis (Winchester) and Mattie Mosier (Lexington) along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Mosier Dobrovich, and three brothers, Philip, Kenneth and Gilbert Mosier.

Nina was a retired Vice President and Trust Officer of the Clark County Bank in Winchester and a manager at Partners 1st Credit Union in Stanton.

She was a faithful member of Central Baptist Church in Winchester.

Pallbearers will be nephews Bobby and Thomas Mosier, Charles and Billy Bolling, Aaron and Ethan Brown.

Honorary Pallbearers are Kenneth Henry, Brett Dauer, Mitch Skaggs, Thomas Skaggs and Wayne Wilson.

Visitation will take place at Scobee Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 12 from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

A funeral service honoring her life will take place at 10:00am at Scobee Funeral Home, followed by burial at Clarmont Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
