— Scott Camden, 19, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.
— David Durham, 39, was charged Thursday with improper turning and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— John C. Fender, 25, was charged Thursday with being a fugitive from another state.
— Joshua Josiah Mobley, 20, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault.
— Sarah Nicole Palmer, 34, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Matthew Frank Yarborough, 42, was charged Thursday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Frank Yarborough was arrested and charged with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
