CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Julian Ramirez, 28, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, no operator’s license and third-degree criminal mischief.

  Travis Noble, 30, of 9 Taylor Ave., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

— Shannon Derossett, 42, of Lexington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence (second offense).

Reports

— At 4:06 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Crowe Ridge Road concerning a theft of tools from a truck.

— At 12:05 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 5235 Athens Boonesboro Road concerning the theft of a shotgun from a vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one overdose.

— At 4:17 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 102 Fitch Ave. for an unauthorized fire in a back yard.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:10 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 30 Lynnway Drive for a smell of smoke in the area.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Bartt Joseph Clay, 44, was charged Monday with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— Tasha Wolford, 26, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 12:10  p.m. Monday, officers were called to 409 Corinne Court concerning a theft of ladders and boards from a construction site.

— At 12:25 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 618 Colby Ridge Blvd. after electrical wire was stripped from a construction site.

— At 3:23 p.m. Monday, officers were called to College Park Gym, 30 Wheeler Ave., concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 7:38 p.m. Monday, offices were called to 370 S. Burns Ave. concerning a person with a firearm. Bartt Joseph Clay was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— At 8:10 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., after an employee accepted a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 8:39 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Tasha Wolford was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:10 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 303 Short St. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 11:44 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 25 Wainscott Ave. concerning an assault.

— At 11:52 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. for a fight in progress between three males.
