CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 3 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road, concerning a theft from a purse.
— At noon Monday, deputies were called to 5175 Colby Road after someone damaged a fence.
— At 6:49 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 2784 Two Mile Road after someone entered a camper and took several items.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one respiratory case.
— At 9:05 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Combs Ferry Road.
— At 8:14 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 63 Clay St. for a heater on fire. It was out when firefighters arrived.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Alisha L. Campbell, no age given, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Kevin Todd Campbell, 39, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary and fraudulent use of a credit card.
— Latasha L. Conner, 26, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Larry Drew Fraley, 32, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.
Reports
— At 11:47 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 236 1/2 Jackson St. concerning a stolen wallet.
— At 11:58 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter. Alisha Campbell was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— At 5:18 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, after someone broke into a vehicle and took money.
Accidents
— At 5:06 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on Redwing Drive in which Russell Rankin of Winchester was traveling north on Bullion Boulevard when he entered the intersection with Redwing Drive and struck another vehicle, driven by Minnie Flinchum of 349 Gist Drive. The impact pushed Flinchum’s vehicle into a third, driven by Kristin Muncie of Richmond. Rankin and Flinchum were transported Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 3:38 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Old Ruckerville Road.
— At 9:54 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Autumn Court.
— At 7:53 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a chimney fire on Muddy Creek Road.
— At 11:21 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ferry Road.
— At 4:50 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a brush fire on Old Log Lick Road.
— At 11:54 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Foxglove Lane.
— At 11:04 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 11:11 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Combs Ferry Road.
— At 3:40 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Terry Drive.
— At 2:10 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Irvine Road.
— At 9:06 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Combs Ferry and Todd roads.
— At 9:50 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an electrical fire on Miller Hunt Road.
