In today’s society, change is more common than ever. While good, change always prompts questions.
The goal at Commonwealth Home Health is to answer those questions. Many people think home health is simply a registered nurse and/or therapist coming to their home to assist with care when medically necessary.
Commonwealth Home Health is an agency with the ability to offer a multitude of services to each and every qualifying patient. These services include care for patients in 16 counties in Central Kentucky, community-based services, a low vision program, medication management, an orthopedic program and the Phillips Lifeline pendant, which has the ability to detect a fall and can be utilized with either a landline phone or a cellular phone.
The staff at Commonwealth Home Health includes some of the most educated and experienced healthcare professionals in the area.
Commonwealth Home Health has offices located in multiple counties. The WInchester office employs an array of clinical, marketing and office staff. Kim Faulkner is the branch manager for the Winchester location. Faulkner, a registered nurse, obtained her degree from Morehead State University. She has always had a passion for taking care of people and knew from an early age that she wanted to be a registered nurse. She has made it her mission to love, care for and educate patients and their families about their specific disease process and how to manage that disease in their home.
