Fresh off the heels of Halloween, Winchester Public Works employees took advantage of warmer temperatures Thursday to deck downtown for the upcoming holidays. Chad Wells (in hat) and Jacob Jones decorated one of the lampposts outside the Clark County Courthouse with Christmas greenery and a wreath Thursday morning, as they did throughout downtown Winchester.
