Workers erected fencing around a portion of the Clark County Courthouse lawn Tuesday in preparation for work to be done on the building’s aging tower, which leaks heavily when it rains. The area will be used to store material and supplies for the project. It will remain off limits as the project continues, with work expected to be completed in December.
