Tonia Michelle Bradley (Bowen), 48, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025. She was born May 22, 1976 to Phillip Wayne and Alberta Taulbee Bradley in Winchester. In addition to her father she is survived by her spouse, Phillip Bowen; her sons, Timothy Lane Parks Jr. and Thomas Bradley Parks; sisters, Kimberly Perry and Teresa Bradley; brother, Anthony Wayne Bradley; long time companion Richard Reed. She is preceded in death by her mother, Alberta Bradley. A graveside service was held Monday, April 28 at Clarmont Memorial Gardens, Winchester.
