He was a man of humble beginnings who worked hard throughout his life to provide for his family and serve his community. He attended Southeastern Christian College and the University of Kentucky. He was employed by IBM for 37 years.Wayne was known for his strong family values. He remained a devoted father throughout his life to Whitney McNiel, Jason (Kerri) McNiel, Ashley (Michael) Lewis, Leslie (Alvin) Pasley and Joshua McNiel. He was also a proud grandfather to Jacob McNiel, Matthew Pasley, Hailey Pasley, Nathan Lewis and Gabriella Lewis.Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Linda “Andy” McNiel.
