Linda Faye McKinney McKenzie, 82

Linda Faye McKinney McKenzie, 82, of Austin, Texas, formerly of Winchester, Kentucky passed away on March 7, 2025, after a long battle with cancer. Linda was born July 28, 1942 to her parents Nettie Brandenburg McKinney and Wilburn McKinney, who also preceded her in death. Surviving is her loving husband of 63 years, Thomas G McKenzie as well as their children: Brian Keith (Sharon) McKenzie, Veronica McKenzie both of Texas, and Steven (Donna) McKenzie of Washington; Grandchildren: Shaun (Lisa) McKenzie, Brandon (Melody) McKenzie and Grayson McKenzie; and 4 great grandchildren: Olliver, Oswin, Logan and Jensen. She is also survived by a brother: Carl (Linda) McKinney, and a sister: Ann (George) Naylor, both of Kentucky. Linda was an active member of the Austin Baptist Church where she and her husband enjoyed singing in the choir and serving in many capacities until her sickness forced them to watch online at home. Graveside services will be held at Palm Valley Lutheran Cemetery in Round Rock, Texas on April 16, 2025 at 10:30 am.
