Bonita Faye Carroll Jones, 85

Bonita Faye Carroll Jones, 85, widow of Kenneth (K.C.) Jones, died Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Clark Regional Hospital in Winchester, Kentucky. She was born in Wolfe County, Kentucky, on March 21, 1940, the daughter of Lester K. and Hattie P. Carroll.
She retired from Apex Contracting in Paris, Kentucky after many years as Administrative Assistant.
Bonnie will be remembered for her deep love and appreciation for art, fresh flowers, a sunny day, dark chocolate and bird watching. She loved deeply and selflessly and was a beautiful example of strength, tenacity, strong will and tremendous faith to all who knew her.
In addition to her husband and parents, Bonnie was predeceased by her sister, Bettye Painter.
Bonnie is survived by her daughters, Jennifer (Charles) Linville and Jeana (Rick) Wells, and grandson David Sargent, who was also her devoted caregiver. Her other grandchildren who survive her are Bianca Westbrook, Brooke Poppy, Charlie (Christina) Linville, Laura Linville(Bobby Rankin), Evan (Christian) Linville and 11 great- grandchildren.
According to Bonnie’s wishes, a private family funeral was held Thursday, April 3, 2025 in Winchester, Ky.
