Ryan Thomas Potts, 44

Ryan Thomas Potts, 44, of Winchester, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Born on October 20, 1980, he was the son of Gary Thomas Potts and Regenia “Jeanie” Hymer Potts. Ryan was employed at Woody’s Sports Bar and Grill and Missing Link Landscaping, both located in Winchester, KY.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Derek Ryan Butcher; his special friend, Liz Buckner; his step-grandmother, Pat Hymer; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, several extended family members and friends.
Ryan was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Wesley Potts, Elizabeth Faulkner Potts, Harold Hymer, and Juanita Marie Hymer, as well as his uncles, James Wesley Potts and Paul Edward Hymer.

Family will receive friends from 5:00PM until the time of service at 6:30PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel with cremation to follow.
