Nancy Kathryn Burd went home to be with the Lord on January 12, 2025. Nancy was born on December 12, 1947, to Lewis Cole Owen and Hycinth Leigh Holliday. She married Larry Homer Burd, and they were blessed with two sons – Joseph Larry Robert and Michael Allen Cole. Nancy is preceded in death by her husband Larry, son Jospeh, and daughter Amy Fine. Nancy is survived by son Michael Burd, sisters Bonnie Steel, Becky Vinson and husband Russ Vinson, brother John Owen and wife Debbie. Graveside service will be held 1pm Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Oak Hill cemetery in Cameron, TX. Green-Patterson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
