Mar. 14
- Rebecca Lynn Cavendish, 43 – Harassment.
- Christian L. Greene, 35 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Reckless driving. Disregarding traffic control device – traffic light.
- Benjamin L. Grigsby, 38 – Fugitive from another state – warrant required.
- Frank Faulconer Rayburn, 62 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.
- Sean P. Roberts, 28 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
- Tyler Scott Stidham, 30 – Criminal mischief – 3rd degree.
- Brandon Lee Vires, 27 – Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
Mar. 15
- Tiffaney J. Carver, 48 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
- Anthony W. Collier, 55 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure to or improper signal.
- Alexis M. Jones, 18 – Assault – 4th degree (minor injury). Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
- Travis Ray Wells, 38 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.
Mar. 16
- Mya R. Ace, 19 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.
- Robert Christian Bond, 45 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Indecent exposure – 1st degree – 3rd offense.
- Joyce Ann Handlon, 62 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine).
- Jaxson S. Ratliff, 22 – One headlight. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.
- Alexia Richmond, 20 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of owner to maintain required/insurance – 1st offense.

- David Allen Farmer, 48 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.
- Edson C. Hernandez, 18 – Failure to illuminate head lamps. Possession of marijuana.
- Josiah Lee Moses, 24 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
- Hailey B. Rodriguez Torres, age unknown – Speeding – 26 MPH or > over limit. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited.
- William David Tharpe, 44 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

- Kalvin Amburgey, 24 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.
- Matthew B. Conley, 41 – Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense.
- Gordon Barkley Daniels, 49 – Fugitive from another state – warrant required.
- Bethany D. Goodwin, 35 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.
