Virginia M. Cruse, 83, widow of Lewis E. Cruse, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 18, 2024, at Fountain Circle Care and Rehabilitation. Born in Bath County, Kentucky, on December 11, 1940, to the late Cecil Arnold and Dorothy Thomas Arnold. She was a homemaker and previously worked at Sylvania.

Survivors include two siblings, Ann Tucker, and Jim (Gloria) Cruse; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Family will receive friends from 10:00AM until the time of service at 11:00AM, Monday, March 25, 2024, at Scobee Funeral Home. Pastor Lee Cruse will officiate, and burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Paul Tucker, Brendan Tucker, Samuel Shockey, Aiden Shockey, Ethan Overholser, and Chuck Hisle. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Cruse and Alex Dunaway.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, KY 40391.
