Bonnie Willoughby Riggs, widow of Donald R Riggs, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, March 6, 2024. She will be deeply missed by her daughters; Debbie (Keith) Futrell, and Shirley (Phil) May; grandchildren: Sondra (Heather) Martin, Sarah-Jane (Daniel) Hodges, Katie Grindle, Robyn Sisk, Lee (Alissa) Martin; great-grandchildren: Keith (Katlin) Briggs, Emily Jane Briggs, Biranna Grindle, Barrett Martin, Raylan Grindle, Shelby Grindle, Brooks Martin, Cooper Martin and Noah Hodges, Joleen, Emma and Logan Woestman; Sister, Louise (Ron) Barker, brother-in-law, Larry Fields and numerous nieces and nephews. Bonnie worked at Sylvania for many years, retired from Bell South and Wal Mart. She loved Jesus and was a member of First Baptist Church, Winchester. We will rejoice in the hope that we will see her again in Heaven. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Norvil and Dolly Willoughby, brothers Ralph, Gerald and Charles; sisters Elsie Wells and Loretta Fields, great-granddaughter Emerson Marie Martin. Her service will be on Tuesday, March 12, at 2:00 pm at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, with visitation from 1:00 pm until the hour of service.
