Jan. 24th

• Daniel J. Abner, 44 – Serving warrant (for other police agency). 

• Roger Simon Evans, 52 – Serving warrant (for other police agency). 

• Elisa Danielle Pyles, 55 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. 

Jan. 25th

• Sean Rumond Bixler, 53 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. No brake lights (passenger vehicles). Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates. 

• William Samuel Tays, 29 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. 

• Jacqueline Ann West, 43 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree. Assault – 4th degree (no visible injury). 

Jan. 26th

• Nevil E. Bond, 62 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. 

• Henry Joseph Ginter, 62 – No or expired registration plates. 

• Eric T. Horner, 58 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. 

• Reginald Lee Knowles, 44 – Criminal trespassing – 3rd degree. Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree. 

• William Randall Smith, 22 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. 

• Tyler Scott Stidham, 30 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 3rd or greater offense within 12 months. 

Jan. 27th

• Dominique L. Blackford, 29 – Speeding – 15 MPH over limit. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. 

• Pamela Sue Crawford, 37 – Harassing communications. 

• Austin L. Evans, 29 – One headlight. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Possession of marijuana. 

• Gregory E. Faulkner, 49 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. 

• Trenton G. Snyder, 26 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.
