Jan. 6th

• Dwight Friend, 65 – Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine).

Reginald Lee Knowles, 44 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.

Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree.

Leigh Ann Terrill, 39 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine). Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense hydrocodone. Possession of a controlled substance – 2nd degree – codeine. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

Jan. 7th

• Lori A. Breeden, 39 – Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine). Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Rear license not illuminated.

• Ashley Nicole Harley, 33 – Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine). Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

• Nathaniel Wayne Hatton, 44 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Russell McMurtray, 66 – Non-payment of court costs, fees or fine.

• Joshua McQueen, 35 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Steven K. Neeley, 32 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• William Overbey, 38 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Jason Lee Stamper, 43 – Assault – 4th degree (domestic violence). Strangulation – 1st degree. Unlawful imprisonment – 1st degree.

• Adam L. Bryant, 30 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Bradley J. Gose, 35 – Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 3rd or > offense.

• Lisa Lynn Haggard, 62 – Failure to illuminate head lamps. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Improper registration plates. No or expired registration plates.
