Jan. 3rd

• Sean Rumond Buxler, 53 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Danny J. Caudill, 38 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Jactayvus A. Clay, 24 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Edward Malik Davis, 28 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Sarah J. Emery, 19 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Amy Lynn Fulz, 40 – Probation violation (for technical violation).

• Eric Scott Johnson, 42 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Hope R. Padgett, 57 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• James Ross, 48 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Robert Ray Shelley, 46 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.

• Wendell Keith Valentine, 39 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Jan. 4th

• Victoria L. Flickinger, 21 – One headlight. Rear license not illuminated. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

• Robert Franklin Griffett, 55 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Bradley C. Henson, 33 – Assault – 4th degree (minor injury). Resisting arrest.

• Saundra Raye Johnson, 63 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Elisa Danielle Pyles, 55 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

Jan. 5th

• Margaret Paula Edwards, 60 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Melissa L. Finney, 36 – Hindering prosecution or apprehension – 2nd degree.

• William Gentry, 32 – Speeding – 18 MPH over limit. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Leeann Elizabeth Lykins, 30 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Josiah Lee Moses, 24 – Criminal trespassing – 3rd degree. Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Matthew C. Nickell, 42 – City ordinance – confinement or control of dog.

• Evan E. Taylor, age unknown – Speeding – 26 MPH or > over limit. Disregarding traffic control device – traffic light.

• Eric Antonio Tucker, 43 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• April Ann Walters, 40 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.
