Dec. 19th

• April Lynn McKeehan, 49 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Dec. 20th

• Luis Edwin Alvarez, 22 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Jason Allen Carpenter, 41 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Joshua Shaun Charles, 36 – Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. Assault – 4th degree (minor injury). Assault – 2nd degree – domestic violence. Kidnapping – adult. Terroristic threatening – 3rd degree. Unlawful imprisonment – 1st degree.

• Gary J. Fraley, 34 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Timothy D. Gilbert, 59 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Apolonio Gutierrez, 28 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure to dim headlights.

• Jackson M. Stevenson, 22 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Lisa S. Wahking, 53 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

Dec. 21st

Brewster Hudson, 38 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.
