Nov. 30th

• Amanda S. Anderson, 39 – City ordinance – curfew violation.

• Michael Ray Anderson, 32 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Devland G. Banks, 26 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• John Paul Barnett, 44 – Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree. Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Micheala K. Bennett, 29 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Christopher J. Bullock, age unknown –  Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

• Sharon E. Clark, 70  – City ordinance – curfew violation.

• Jonathan B. Farmer, 36 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Lee M. Gay, 58 – Serving warrant (for other police agency). Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – cocaine. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (date rape drug).

• Ambera A. Ingram, 38 – City ordinance – curfew violation.

• Jason Allen Smart, 49 – Fleeing or evading police – 1st degree (motor vehicle). Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Insufficient head lamps. No tail lamps.

• Ciera Rae Spurlock, 32 – City ordinance – curfew violation.

Dec. 1st

• Benjamin W. Goodlet, 18 – Possession of marijuana. Failure to wear seat belts. Failure to illuminate head lamps.

• Delmy Gutierrez, 37 – No operators – moped license.

• Chastity Ann Hernandez, 45 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Carl Ingram, 49 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. No or expired registration plates. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Maranda Lee Mock, 26 – No or expired registration plates. One headlight. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Julie A. Purper, age unknown – Traffic in controlled substance – 1st offense (carfentanil). Traffic in a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – (2< gms. meth).

• Jessica Marie Richardson, 39 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Rocky L. Weddle, age unknown – No or expired registration plates. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense (agg circumstances). Failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.

• Natalie Ann Shearer, 59 – Assault – 4th degree (minor injury). Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.
